Notification from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India mensions that the Central Govt has prohibited the Manufacture, Sale & Distribution of following drugs in public interest as the use of these drugs is likely to involve certain risks to human beings.
These drugs are:
1. Nimesulide formulations for human use in children below 12 years of age.
2. Cisapride and its formulations for human use.
3. Phenylpropanolamine and its formulations for human use.
4. Human placental extract and its formulations for human use.
5. Sibutramine and its formulations for human use.
6. R.Sibutramine and its formulations for human use.
So kindly be sure before using these said drugs.
